The Bronze Warranty - The Most Extensive Warranty in
the Industry - Period
A one year parts and labor warranty is industry
standard but Canyon Telecom provides a five year parts warranty on
our entire line of high quality telecommunications products. The Bronze
Plan is underwritten by Datacom

The
Canyon Telecom Platinum Service Plan
Even though we offer the most extensive warranty in the business, all new
Canyon customers are also included in our Platinum Service Plan for the
first year after installation. You can extend this coverage after the first
year at a nominal charge. Parts replacement (Bronze Warranty) is just the
beginning. While covered by the Platinum Service Plan you also enjoy these
benefits:
- Includes all labor related to parts replacement under the Bronze
Parts Warranty
- Software related problems are fully covered.
- Troubleshooting time is covered
- Troubleshooting wiring and cabling problems is covered
- No charge for "no trouble found" calls.
- No charge for initial troubleshooting of carrier (telephone company)
problems
- Discounted labor rates
- Reasonable remedial training at no charge.
- Additional user guides at no charge.
- New designation strips (phone labels) at no charge.
- Free Replacement of defective base and handset cords.
- Priority scheduling of service work.
